Tag // Last Book I’ve..
Good morning!
It’s been a while since I haven’t done a fun tag, crossed this one on Tumblr (@Lizziethereader) and I’ve wanted to take part too! Sadly, as with most things on tumblr, I have no idea where it comes from.. 😅 Let me know in the comments if you happen to know, please!
🛍 Bought:
As mentionned in my Book haul, I most recently bought the complete serie of Anna Caritas; A Quebec French horror serie. I finished the prelude in 2days, which is pretty darn quick for me, and needed the whole collection to fly through.
📚 Borrowed:
The last book that i’ve borrowed from Libby has been The last of August; which i’ve gotten as an audiobook.
💐 Was gifted:
I don’t get gifted books too often, as I don’t have many reader friends sadly.. but I got Smile and look pretty from one of my friend as a “leaving gift” 🥰
💌 Gave to someone else:
As mentionned earlier, I don’t really have anyone to do that with.. closest would be my un-hauled books that I gave my cousin..
🏃♀️ Started:
Cover Art, by Vanessa Westermann
✅ Finished:
The Anna Caritas prelude, Adeste Fidele. It explained the dark Christmas and the damned group — I’ve heard reading the prelude first might’ve not had been the best move, as you don’t have the “puzzle” of not nowing the backstory.. but I hadn’t really planned to read the serie soo.. ahah 😅
✨ Gave 5 stars:
Not original at all, it’s actually the same as the previous question.. but the one before that had been Love Hypothesis.
🤷♀️ Gave 2 stars:
12 mois sans intérêts. I had been thinking that was way longer and not just a brush of depression itself
🛑 Didn’t finish:
I actually haven’t DNFed anything since 2019!😄
Tagging everyone who wanna do it, as per usual xx
What was your lasts?
Ohh, I love this tag! Had fun reading your answers, hopefully that horror series will be translated in English, I want it! Will put this tag on my schedule to do in June!
Happy you enjoyed!
That’s the thing with Quebec authors.. some do english counterparts, while some don’t 😅 though it doesn’t seem like a common practice, unlike France’s authors..
I always enjoying reading these book tag posts so thank you for sharing! The Love Hypothesis sounds like one I’d like to read.
I do enjoy those too!
That one seem to be either a hit or miss- but luckily it was a hit for me; so hoping you’d like it too!
