Top 5 Tuesdays ~ books I will definitely* read in 2024

Helloo!

It is time to give our predictions of which book we’ll absolutely read this year.. which might or might not occur, as you all know by now i’m a mood reader 😅 so we’ll see how this goes and recollect if I did read them next year ahah!

Top 5 Tuesday was created by Shanah @ Bionic Book Worm, and is now being hosted by Meeghan @ Meeghan reads. The week of the 16th January; An oldie, but a goodie! And one I can’t wait to see whether I will (or won’t) read these books in 2024…

*Same disclosure every year: you won’t be subjected to punishment (from me) if you don’t read these. But what are 5 books you really want to tick off your TBR this year?

I will go with books that I already own on my shelves that I haven’t read yet; and am WAY behind on actually reading.. as it’s books i’ve seen around alot and that i’d say i’d read 🫣 some older than others.

2024 is the year folks!! I’m gonna finally read them.

  • Starfish, Akemi Dawn Bowman
  • The neighbor favor, Kristina Forest
  • Before the coffee gets cold, Toshikazu Kawaguchi
  • The Wall of Winnipeg & Me, Mariana Zapata
  • The Opposite of Always, Justin A Reynolds

Which book are you planning on finally reading in 2024?
Have you read those yet?

  1. I srated Rinaverse in the end of December or in the beginning of Jnauary and I really want to read all of them and I have like 27 books more to go. Besides them I hope to read Hans by S.J Tilly, The Nightmare in him by Suzanne Wright, Darkest Sins by Neva Altaj, King of Wrath by Ana Huang and so many more!

I’ve heard great things about Mariana Zapata. I hope you’ll enjoy all of these books!

    1. 27books?! How much in total?! 💀 thats way too much for me..

Yess me too, id be dissapointed if I dont tbh 🫣😅

  2. Being a mood reader makes it so hard to stick to lists, doesn’t it? xD I fall into the trap, too, of making perfectly acceptable, well-rounded lists and then just . . . wandering off to read whatever random thing strikes my fancy at the time. The struggle is real. Your choices all sound great (and can confirm that Before the Coffee Gets Cold is), and several are on my TBR still too. Hope you get to read and enjoy them!

    1. Thank you!
Yes its the worst 😂 totally meaning to pick something and then mood switch~ or even worst, not even knowing what mood im in 🫢

    1. Ah thats always a great feeling! When a book grasps you from the first pages thats always a good sign!

Say something 💕
