Tried as I mighted, I unfortunately couldn’t finish this book in time for the end of October. This one was one of the two books I had left on my Autumn TBR – as you can see on the cover, the D&D costumes fitting right in with the spirit of Halloween!

As Dungeon & Dragons are being a big part of this novel, I was scared at first of not unerstanding a part of the storyline, as I’ve never played that before! However, as it’s a mild fantasy, it didn’t bothered me and I loved that story within our story. For some reason I thought this was a Graphic Novel because of the cover, but that’ okay- definately would’ve been nice to have images to the D&D quest however!

The way Darcy & Art fell into each other in deep understanding and softness was everything! I was melting to read them go 🥰 I cried multiple times reading this.. how they melted into their characters was chef’s kiss!
