First Line Friday – 06/20/24

Good Morning!

So it seems I’ve ran into a slump of ideas lately- that thanksfully didn’t bleed to my reading yet! 😅 Hence the missed post on Thursday, and then i’ve started feeling under the weather migraine and throat hurting so you’ll have to excuse me, i’ve went with an easier post ❤️

First Lines Fridays is a weekly feature for book lovers hosted by @Wandering Words. What if instead of judging a book by its cover, its author or its prestige, we judged it by its opening lines? If you want to make your own post, feel free to use or edit the banner above, and follow the rules below:

  • Pick a book off your shelf (it could be your current read or on your TBR) and open to the first page
  • Copy the first few lines, but don’t give anything else about the book away just yet – you need to hook the reader first
  • Finally… reveal the book

« Romance novels don’t talk about what happens when the heroine and hero go off to different colleges. »

It’s a sequel to one of my absolute LOVED book

It just released in June ’24 but had been delayed once or twice before..

It was Past present future! The first book I ever preordered, i’m so hyped to get to read it !!
