International Bookworm Meme – Week ten, Literature festival

Can you actually believe this is the one before the last posts of this meme?😔 It was so nice to be part of this, and I hope you all enjoyed reading my answers every two Saturdays !

This time’s prompt is “Literature festival”, So let’s see what I can do with that !

What is it exactly ?

  • We have a discord group of internationnal bloggers; all of us being, you would guess it, in other places in the world other than US. (let me know if you wanna join, i’ll point you to the person to contact)
  • Ayla, from Books and Babbles, decided upon creating a meme for us to participate in and see our point of view for each prompt that you can check on her blog following the link I included.
  • Point to this is to support fellow internationnal bloggers, like us, and she will link each of our post in her original post under the right prompt so it’s all in one place and easy to track !

Soo – I’d like this to take part in a nice summer evening after sunset, as it’s less hot and more comfortable. Nothing too too fancy, but more something to get together for a night and have some fun!

I would like it to be an overnight event in either some place in the woods or a big plain land. We would get something to drink (alcoholic and not, something for everyone to enjoy!), we’d have some fireworks, maybe some bonfire readings !

The bonfire would have reading aloud of one book specifically, but we could also have a readathon going on for the rest of us who wouldn’t be interrested or have already read that one. The kind where we’d probably wouldn’t be sleeping ahah .. we would talk, read and blog together!

Of course this event would be open to everyone ! readers/authors/bloggers .. we’d have thoses cute little hanging lamps everywhere, cosy blankets, tents and matresses .. and we’d just has some chill fun night to celebrate our love of books !

What do you think of my festival, would you attend ? 😀
What would your festival would be like ?

  1. I would definitely attend this festival! It has this YA contemporary/romance feel with the whole bonfire and fireworks and I’m sure I would enjoy so much with fellow bloggers and amazing authors 😀

  2. I love your idea of having a bonfire!!! And being outdoor instead of inside some big building. I would attend LOL
