I’ve finally got onto this book 🙈 after ditching in so many times in atleast 3 different seasonal TBRs.

I had forgotten that the first part of this book was using one of my favorite; conversing through emails! It lead to some quite hilarious moments when Nick figured out it was the same Lily than in those emails. I knew right then and there that it was gonna be a good one; Not wanting to hurt Lily further, he decide that he needs to find her a match.. despite being head over heels for her!
Ofcourse I understand why Nick choosed not to disclose his author persona, but man would it had been easier in the long run. Logically, it doesn’t make sense to have them mysteriously attracted to each other and sense they already knew each other (prior to realising they did, in fact. cue the emails) but the pining was everything!!
I love how Lily’s family is written; always there for her, albeith a bit too much, and her lovely two sisters. Most of all, I loved Lily’s transformation through the novel! Gaining confidence, and the courage to not be afraid of telling the world when something bothers her to get what she want.
