Top Ten Tuesday ~ Books that would makes great song titles

Good morning!

I’ve had great fun looking at the other similar TTT (books that’d make great band name), so i’m gonna try my best among all the books within my goodread’s books, mixing books I’ve own/read and what’s on my virtual wanna read. I’m also not a conoissor of music’s genre, but i’m gonna try to give them one, or atleast a general ~feel~ to them.

Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.

November 10: Book Titles that Would Make Great Song Titles (submitted by Deanna @ A Novel Glimpse)

Disclaimer; as always, cover pictures has been taken from their goodread’s page

🎧 Let’s talk about Love, Claire Kann [GR]
I’d imagine this one as some kind of moving pop music with some energic beat.

🎧 When the stars lead to you, Ronni Davis [GR]
I imagine this one still on the pop spectrum, but with a slower beat..

🎧 No one here is Lonely, Sarah Everett [GR]
Again a slower beat, but with a more melancholic tone to it and meaningful lyrics.

🎧 Words on Bathroom Walls, Julie Walton [GR]
Moving onto some punk rock now, “Green Day” style..

🎧 A danger to herself and others, Alyssa Sheinmel [GR]
i’m not sure which genre to give that one.. either a melancholic pop or punk rock style again, but I see the lyrics as a true story about maybe the singer or someone close to them who attempted suicide or something similar because of mental illness.

🎧 When we collided, Emery Lord [GR]
Pop genre, energic beat romantic love song

🎧 Lettersto the Lost, Brigid Kemmerer [GR]
Another melancholic type melody about all the loved ones that the group/singers had lost

🎧 Where I ache, Megan O’keeffe [GR]
“Evanescence” style, melancholic and slow melody with meaningful true story of the singer.

🎧 The Death of Mrs.Westaway, Ruth Ware [GR]
More metal-like, energic music.

🎧 Witchcraft and Monsters [GR]
Again in the “Evanescence” style, moving beat

This was actually way more fun and easier than I expected! I actually ended up taking only books i’ve read before – and I would’ve certainly could keep going, it seemed to have so many choices!! Although I didn’t always knew what genre or what the song could look like.

What do you think of my picks, do you agree with the genre/feel of them?
Which book title would make a good song title?
