Good morning!
Have you ever thought about something you’re sure you made a post about.. only to find out you apparently didn’t? 🤔 I was sure I made one of this posts before- atleast for a meme prompt… but I guess we didn’t.. So anyway! Let’s look at thoses books that I can absolutely see coming to a screen adaptation!

Today Tonight Tomorrow
I’m still under the charm of Neil & Rowan, even weeks after i’ve finished it!! I think the scavanger hunt of the Howl game would be particularly fun to watch on screen – with a few lookback to their bickering from the past highschool years.
And I mean- the bench scene?? the library scene?? even the winning of howl scene?? Hell ya sign me up, I wanna see that portrayed!!
The code for love & heartbreak
Most of this one is to see the Christmas light festival, and the dance with her sister’s dress on.. and ofcourse George’s declaration at the very end.
I killed Zoe Spanos
I think every book that has a podcast integrated within the story would do well as a movie, but this one particularly because of all the “memories/dreams” Anna think she’s recalling.. as of which we could see in the end the “memory” VS real thing that could be particularly interresting.
Survive the night
“Movies in her head” or hallucinations always looks great on the screen too! Along with roadtrip/car rides.. Though i’m not sure how they could do the different POVS at time’s justice, hopefully they wouldn’t just ignore them but include it within the line of the story somehow.
What do you think, have you read those?
Which other book(s) need an adaptation ASAP?
These would make lovely adaptations! Whenever I read a book, I immediately think what it would be like if it was a movie! xx Penny / whatdidshetype.com
Yes! I do that with specific books too- not all the time however 😅
Ah yes, I’d love to see the Howl + some flashback on screen too, the tension would be insane as we watch both Neil and Rowan realize their feelings, but the payback would be worth it! <3
Yesyes!! 😍😍
I loved those two so much
