April’s Wrap up!

April’s Wrap up!

Good morning,

Crazy how we’re already done with the 4th month of the year 🤐   It seems to be passing quickly, but also kind of slow too? anyway, let’s see what april brought me, shall we?

 

April’s feels;

Most of the month went okay. I gained some confidence into my new work, but we also all got covid.. so I had a whole week off-work 😬   I did quite alot of things: scheduled many blog posts, prep my July bullet pages, move my room’s furniture around, did some online training for work.. and finally finished Demon Slayer that I had started like forever ago!!

 

What I’ve read;

I went beyond and read 5 books this month! I did both of the review request that I had gotten, The dog walkers & Cover Art. I then proceeded to start a new french horror book serie, Anna Caritas, which i’ve read the 0.1, 1st & 2nd book.

I’m a bit more than halfway through my challenge, 17/30 books read! 9 books were in english, for 8 frenchs ; 8 books count for “unusual” genre (horror) along with 13 #BeatTheBacklist. Still just one audiobook for my AudiobookChallenge2022.

 

 

April’s Highlights;

♥︎ I’m still not out of my blogging train yet, all aboard with my 3posts scheduled at all times! 🥰   I posted one Sunday Chat this month; Feeling sick, HS reunion & getting comfy at work. I’ve written a few posts about anxiety yet again, Living with anxiety; not feeling like a proper adult? aswell as another Blogging with Anxiety; Chronological scheduling.

♥︎ For gaming this month, I went ahead and restarted BOTW.. because why not, I had a whole week to kill 🤣   Aside from that, I had been playing some more Sims 4 since the last PlantSim scenario update aswell as a new Switch game that I discovered, Beat Cop.

♥︎ April 22nd was mother’s 7th kidney anniversary 💚   This year, we asked one of my cake decorater friend to make a cake for us, in form of a kidney! I had planned to ask my friend to come eat supper with us.. but sadly as mother is still positive for Covid (long after I got my negative), we decided that it was better not to.

  1. I also restarted BOTW last month but then got annoyed with something and set it aside haha. Sorry you got covid but I am glad the new job is going well and LOOK AT YOU with scheduling ahead

      ahaha yep, I absolutely do that xD as soon as I get stuck, I stop playing. or ragequit. I also drifted away from the game for a while, but im back.

      Well, the positive with that is that now we got it, no need to be paranoid anymore .. 😅

    You’re doing amazing and I’m proud of you for the progress you’ve made at work and in blogging. Look at you go!

    I’ve not played Sims 4 in a hot minute and honestly should go back into it again at some point, but I’ve been fascinated with either other games or acquiring other games (the latter seems more accurate though).

      Ahaha yep- you ditch it for a while, and suddently you remember about the sims and get hooked on it for some time 😅 that’s just how it goes ahah
