Books I remember.. without a title!

Having been a reader for all my life, there is some books that I remember reading in high school from the library.. but can’t remember the name of them for the life of me!
Meanwhile, ironically enough, I can’t remember what’s the story of some older books i’ve had on my shelf.. even though I did read them! 😬 But we won’t talk about that one, ahah! Lots of them actually got unhauled with my recent shelf reorganisation.
I have two books for you today; one of them I actually tracked back a few months ago!! so we’ll get to that one last.
A) I remember I picked that one up in French class. Now it was maybe in 9 or 10th grade? I’m not quite sure- but it was thoses moment we had just finished a test, and we did had a library in our class, so I picked that one up to read.
The story was about a girl who claimed to be seeing aliens; which ofcourse scared her, and as readers, we would have all the details of the encounters. However, nobody would actually believe her, as what they had been seeing was just her sleeping in the time she claimed to having seen them. The aliens kept pointing at her head, but she couldn’t understand what they’ve been wanting to tell her — I don’t remember how we found it out, but the conclusion of the story was that she had brain cancer.
What she had been experiencing was visual hallucinations; her brain having created thoses aliens to warn her.
B) This one was a serie of 3books that I read through the course of my high school years; though I don’t think I could finish it because it was due as the school year was over.. and I somehow forgot about that until now 🤭
It was dealing with teen pregnancy; I vividly remember a bit in the book where it was winter time, and she did it with this guy that lived with them as her dad was away (in the cold in front of the fireplace.. idk why I remember it so clearly) and fell pregnant. A couple months after, the father of her child got killed in a moto accident- which lead her to not wanting an abortion because this baby had the only thing left in this world from the guy she loved.
and THEN- we got a layer of.. wierdness added in the mix that she fell in love with the cousin’s of her former boyfriend. and I might be off-track here, but ithink it is with the second guy that they had sex in front of the fireplace while dad was away as I said above.. I’m not sure if she told the truth about the baby being his cousin’s or lied and said it was his..
With some digging, I found the book!! The author actually did a prelude to the original story to how they originally met, so when I came across it I was kinda lost at first 🤣 as I kept thinking how I didn’t remembered that.. until I saw the addition.

Yes! There’s a book I remember reading as an older kid about dragons, it was about a boy who owned a little dragon and then discovered this world of dragons I THINK. I remember I absolutely loved this book but I can’t remember for the life of me what it was called.
Oh! Ehh- only ones I can think of about dragons (though I didnt read them) is either Eragon or how to train your dragon maybe? 🤔
