Holiday ’23 Book haul

Holiday ’23 Book haul

Helloo!

As expected, I got three giftcards this year, so we could go book shopping 🥰 However, it was quite the hardest for me to pick up which books I wanted to buy xd – In one way I wanted to get more French books as to one of my goals to read a third of my books in French, and in one way I just have SO MANY books on my wanna read list that I didn’t know which one I should buy .. ahaha

So I finally made my pick of the first 5 books, and picked another 2 as i’m writting this- for a total of 7 books! I decided to go for books that I KNOW I should’ve read sooner, as my main concern of adding more French didn’t quite worked 😅

Here’s what I got;

  • Before the coffee gets cold, Indigo exclusive
  • La bibliothèque des rêves secrets, French version of “What you’re looking for is in the library”
  • The Neighbor Favor
  • Haunted Healthcare
  • Starfish
  • La belle & la bête, French retelling of the beauty and the beast

I’m not a fan with the Trend that books gets smaller — WHY?! 🤬 Hey atleast I can read it, it’s still big letters enough.

I also got a preorder for Past present future, which I honestly rarely do but I was SO HYPED for the companion book of today tonight tomorrow!

What books did you recently bought?
