I find it alike to The lying game in setting; A school where the students stays on campus, but this time in Oxford, A real university. For me, the time switch between the Before & the After was working really well within the story, and wasn’t confusing to me – which usually happens. Both timelines remains linear although it alternates between then & now, which was really nice to see the “behind the scene” and how it happened.

Often times, the when thinking about the book, i’d feel like it was something that I had watched instead of reading. With a similar atmosphere of something else that I can’t quite pinpoint.

I loved the relationship between Hannah & April’s sister, both of them sensing a kind of comfort in feeling closer to her since her passing. Hannah’s pregnancy was also so well detailed and taking into the story – as of which I loved as my bestfriend is nearly having a baby herself – I found it a fascinating part of the story.

I had my mind on Willsince the start.. so the moment he was a suspect had me racing and so eager to discover the truth about who did it !!! And man did she got me fooled, I hadn’t seen that twist coming; especially not with everything that we thought we knew.
