January’s ‘26 Wrap up ⛄️

January’s ‘26 Wrap up ⛄️

Good morning!

Why is it that the first month of the year always seems to drag on forever, and then come April-June, everything go by so fast? We got a mixbag of weather, being all over the place.. some days it went it the positive, as high at 8 degrees, to drop back at -40 and snowstorms here and there.. Can’t wait for the pretty days ahead! ☀️

January’s feels;

Not much to report this month.. I finally went back to fix both sides of the bottom of my mouth- one side needed a filling while the other had a hole in the middle of the existing filling, due to my grinding my teeth at night 😅 already the 3rd time redoing that filling so hopefully it stays this time! (tried a new dentist than my usual, as he was overly booked and it hurted both sides so very hard to eat..)

Sheik also had a relapse with her sinuses. she’d throw mucus everywhere from her nose in a thick yellow-ish color so I went back for more antibiotics; my allergies had also been pretty bad with the snow and humidity, so I thought better safe than sorry and not create a bigger problem again. last time she had antibiotics was mid-december, so about a month without it.

What I read this month;

I read 5 books this month, knocking 3 prompts (& 3 bonus) of my Bookish Chaos server challenge!
The love hypothesis (reread) / We’ll prescribe you another cat / Anxious people (reread) / Tout le monde tous nu / L’as de coeur
