Let’s talk Bookish ➙ All about bookmarks!

Heey friends!

It’s been a while since we joined a LTB! Today we have August 16th’s prompt, about bookmarks; Do you use bookmarks? Do you have any favorite ones? Or do you just grab whatever object is close by? Do you miss having bookmarks when reading ebooks or audiobooks? What’s the most outrageous thing you’ve used as a bookmark?

Let’s Talk Bookish is a bookish meme that was created by Rukky @ Eternity books where each Friday, bloggers write posts discussing the topic of the week! Since the beginning of April, the meme has been taken over by Aria @ Book Nook Bits; She also created the pretty new graphics!

I LOVE bookmarks!! I did a post two years ago about my bookmark collections; I have a good dozen of bookmarks, though I still use the same ones 😆 3 animal crossing gold sheet, a dachshund one, a cat one, and one that was a cardboard from a pen I liked.

You’d think I end there but no.. I would keep buying pretty bookmarks anywy ahah- though I haven’t splurged in 2years, I have some added in my amazon wishlist that I might add to my same ones on rotation someday.

My favorite few stays on view at all times: I have repurposed a dachshund planter where I keep them “fanned out” inside, so no, I can’t say that I miss them when reading other formats- the only thing that I miss is the ability to note quotes.. which only applies to audio, really, as ebooks remains quite easily.

I gotta say I used a lot of junk as bookmarks while in high school per exemple, when I didn’t had my collection on hand.. but I don’t quite remember what would be my most outrageous one? Well, we know I have a paper from a pen wrapping in my collection, but ithink it remains anything paper slips or receipts… pretty normal things ithink.
