My latest gaming obsession; SoS A Wonderful Life ✨

Heey!

After 2months & a half of obsessing over Tears of the Kingdom, and not wanting to finish it, another of my hyped game finally released!! Thus I decided to promptly *not* finishing that game and jump onto this one instead! because that’s what we do here 😂

I had originally bought the OG game this one is a remake of on the gamecube, but I didn’t really played it at the time- I found I kept getting lost.. then I got the Harvest Moon DS a couple months ago, that technically takes place in the same area? Though I discovered it’s not quite the same game.

I’ve been wanting to wait until I got about a year in the game before expressing my thoughts.. but first things first, I HATE how they changed the game to only 10days per season. Like what is this?? It’s especially the worst for crops, as the fast get done in 6days while the slow ones basically takes all 10- and while yeah, some do harvest in multiples seasons, they’re not two seasons in a row. Just, why??! 🥲

Although I gotta say the first year of a farming sim is always so boring to me, being so slow before everything devellops and we see all the characters, etc. so in that outlook it was kinda nice to only have 40days to go through.

Next up is the bachelors & bachelorettes options.. I don’t really feel like we have a good selection in this one? Compared to the others where i’m usually always torn between a few guys, they’re not at all to my taste.. the only one I could *maybe* go for is Matthew, but then again Cecilia is just bae so I might do something different and go with her instead. I like being able to whoo whichever gender we want however, aswell as playing as either gender or nonbinary – this is a good change!
