November ’23 Wrap up

Bonjour!

How are we a month left in 2023, and less than a month to my birthday?! where did the time go 😶

November’s Feel;

This month was my mother’s birthday, the very last one before mine.. that’s when it kinda hit me that boy, i’m next! I managed to get the big part of my christmas gifts done, still thinking of what I’d want myself.. which is always the struggle as I get asked for Christmas AND my birthday and suddently I forget all the things I would like!

What i’ve read:

I’ve hit a slump this month, most probably as I’ve been busy replaying TOTK again 🤣 I started but didn’t finish my reread of Geekerella, and i’ve finished a graphic novel through the woods aswell as a true crime collection Tueurs de l’occulte. Managed to finish a third book before the month’s end, a Quebec dark retelling of the black duckling? (Le villain petit canard)

November’s highlights;

♥︎ As with the reading slump, I hit a blogging slump aswell.. I’ve skipped 2 posts this month. Besides the memes, I’ve shared my #Young adults problems and best workplace for trichotillomaniac?.

♥︎ I’ve hit my 6yrs of blogging! 🥰

♥︎ Gaming wise I had spent the first half obsessed with TOTK & started playing Sims 4 again, which I then moved to Spirittea.

♥︎ We had an opportunity to go see my bestfriend & her baby again, after the fail for their birthday in October! The baby sadly had a bout of otitis, but she’s grown so much! this time she was glued to me, which was nice to see as I couldn’t go see them as often as my mother; but she knew who I was ❤️

♥︎ It was a month of accidents.. as clumsy as we are, my friend injuried herself on the 4th which needed a trip to the hospital, and on the 22nd it was my turn to burn myself! What a par of workers we are.. 😅 My burns were thankfully pretty mild on my face & arms, and my back bubbled a bit but nothing too major!
