I actually had ordered this book at holiday last year.. and it came to me with the pages a bit damaged! Turns out i’m not too bothered as i’m reading it, thankfully. September really was the best moment to read this autumn romance! 🍂🥰

The start of the book is so hilarious- Lucie really throw a pie in someone’s face ?! 😂🙈 obviously I love books happening in a coffee shop, and here we got a “rival shops” going on with a hint of autumn vibes with festivals- just what I needed to get in the mood! 🍂
The MC was running on my nerves at times, as she purposely chooses misunderstanding and get upset at jack for like everything?? I do understand her being upset as the rival coffee shop for making her mother worry, but it’s not like it’s their kid’s fault.
Really good relationship portrayed between Lucie & her mother, aswell as her girlfriends. Overall a really nice and entertaining autumn romance ✨
