The Autumn Tag! ♥

Hello !

So i’ve been wanting to do this wonderful tag made by Jenn @ Jenniely that i’ve seen on her blog when she posted it in early September ~ I’ve just been thinking over what I might answer to some of thoses, ahaha!

As we all know, i’m a lover of autumn and been excited ever since we started selling Pumpkin Spiced stuff at my coffee shop !! 😍 So I needed to do this, although I haven’t been personally tagged. As always, eh?

The Questions;

1. Hot Chocolate – what is your comfort book?

Mmh, apart of maybe the Tintin’s books, I don’t think I have a comfort book precisely. Though as a “genre”, YA romance contemporaries always put a warm baume on my heart!

 

2. Pumpkin Carving – what is your favourite creative outlet?

Me, creative ?? 😂 Nah. I guess I can say Bullet Journaling is mine ? although I don’t really doodle much or anything .. im not good at imagination NOR am I a creative person, welp.

 

3. Falling Leaves – changes that appear bad but you secretly love?

Actually, i’m quite good with changes. But two things sprawn in my mind;
A) Quitting/being laid off a job; You have no idea how much “bad work environment’s” I’ve stumbled on.. I’ve quit so many workplace because the bosses were just overall bad and mean to me. And then, the last one I actually LOVED was at the sex shop, as of which I got laid off — which allowed me to find my current work at the Coffee Shop. I make quite good money with the tips and have insurance, my bosses are lovely, and I do love it! Plus we get free drinks while working and I do get to meet & talk to people, eheh! 😘

B) A breakup; Sure, i’m not completely fine about my recent one yet.. BUT; there’s some things I know I should have act on immediately and some things that was like more of a “one way street” — basically stuff that I know I don’t want anymore of in future relationships. He also made me realize some things, made me believe and change my mind over some other things, making me closer to who I’m meant to be.

 

4. Pumpkin Spiced Latte – something you love that others tend to judge

I do believe in the astrological signs! No, I don’t mean the horoscope crap that tell you how your month/week/day will be depending on your birth sign. But each of us have a Sun sign (which is the horoscope one), a Moon sign, a Venus sign, etc. etc. — and all of thoses in certain positions determine what kind of person you are. Honestly, the only ones I can remember is that i’m a Capricorn Sun, Scorpio Moon & Cancer Rising.. but all that I stumble on fit me to a T!

Also, I kind of have a pumpkin obsession too.. ahah!

 

5. Bonfire Night – what makes you explode with joy?

ANYTHING DACHSHUNDS!! my real ones, or anything with that pattern ~ Books and video games too, of course.

 

6. Fright Night – favourite scary book or film

I have YET to find a good scary book.. but my favorite horror film serie is definately The Conguring. I’m gonna add spooky videogames too and say Silent Hill & Resident Evil are my faves in that domain.

 

7. Halloween candy – favourite thing to eat

Sweets are always good! wether it’s candy, cakes, give me all of them! But there’s one thing in particular that my family does only really in the autumn season, as we do go apple picking in the weekend of Thanksgiving (remember it’s in the begining of October here in Canada) — so we have all thoses freshly picked apples. We’d cut them in cubes-ish, sprinkle them in cinnamon/brown sugar and heat a bit. I’m honestly a lover of anything cinnamon 😍

 

8. Scarves – your autumn ‘must have’ accessory

I honestly don’t know… coffee ? xD Does that count as an accessory? 🤔
but to be real, I love mini-boots and leather jackets alot!

 

9. Fire – a book or film that burns your soul

Can I say the sovereign trilogy? This serie is just inked onto my heart – seriously! I always think about thoses amazing characters, specially MY LUCAS, more from the beggining of the serie than the ending .. although it was a perfect ending, I love when he first got introduced to us through Julia’s eyes (aswell as his little “secret garden”). Likewise, I think alot of Cam, but from the ending of the serie, and his relationship with Felix.

I just.. think about them all the time and definately wanna reread it already ! all the three of them in a row with no more waiting!

 

10. Toffee apples – a book or film that seems one thing but really has a different inside

I need to do some more thinking on this one .. nothing really comes to mind.
