This halloween, I’d wanna be..

Good morning,

Another Halloween theme post for you guys ~ so you know how “generally” when we are kids we can get into thoses costumes that are careers? Like nurses, doctors, policeman, firefighters, etc..

Although i’m more often than not happy at my current work as a barista (working with customers- I do have my bad days..), there’s so many career paths that I feel like i’d love to go into!

* For some reason or another, even if Ithink my personality would be a great fit.. I don’t think I could go forward with it. May it be because of lacking studying elements, too personal to handle it too well, etc.

* To add to the fun; let’s project how we could disguise ourself as that particular “career” if we were to go trick or treating ! Though i’m personally bad at that, so feel free to help me with mine too!

 

Hemodialysis nurse or Kidney specialist

I did had the kidney doctor in mind, but the hemodialysis nurse kinda ran into me (and I wondered HOW I never thought of this before) — With everything we’ve seen with my mother during her kidney failure & kidney transplant, aswell as how some nurses didn’t listened to her pain when it was infact an infection in an arthery.. I’d love to be able to help people like her. To be one of the good doctors who actually listen and give everything to help them.

 

Lawyer specialized in family cases

I’ve faced two specific situation where law was so unfair and given to the wrong side, it infuriates me! I feel like that’s another area where i’d give my all to be sure, or atleast try, to right all the wrongs. Kind of like Phoenix Wright in the ace attorney games; though i’d probably not be defence but offence in this case ..

 

Dermathologist (think Dr. Pimple popper)

We’ve been watching this for maybe a year or two now.. and mixed with my anxiety tic of scratching/picking at things, ithink it’d just be a perfect job for me 🤣 I’m not easily disgusted either, so that’s always good too.

 

Veterinary assistant

Loving animals so much, i’d love to be able to actually work with them. The downside of it is ofcourse having to see clear animal abuse, or even despise wanting to do everything to save them, the owner choose that they don’t wanna do nothing — and you can’t actually do anything about it. I feel like i’d cry so much..

 

Owning a bookstore

In every book that I read about this, it seems just like something magical; having your own home among books, raising your kids among them.. just- bliss 🥰

 

Translator

When I was in high school we did this activity where we filled up a “survey” and each of us were assigned a job, which then we had to budget stuff ithink? anyway I was given translator. And I just feel like it’d be a fun job.
