It’s been a while that we’ve joined this meme, as i’ve been more on board with “Let’s talk bookish” lately.. However, we are here today to share my favorite books of the year thus far!

Reading wise, i’ve been dashing through this year; I have now read 22 books- 8 books ahead of schedule thus far on my goal of 30!! 😌

The year has been quite good to me too, I’ve had lots of awesome books, just a few “meh” here and there.. and no DNFs! Ofcourse I do need to pick only 5 of them, but know that I enjoyed a good majority of what ive read this year – and this is in no particular order.

 

 

The love hypothesis;
You either love it or hate it.. and man, did I SWOONED for this one. Love me a good sunshine/grumpy character, where the grumpy is very protective of anyone hurting his sunshine. I wasn’t bohered by the Reylo fanfic because well- im no starwars fan

 

Today Tonight Tomorrow;
Absolutely dreamy. Yet another absolute love from this author; again, I do love the trope where the characters *think* they’re obsession is hate when in reality, it had been love all along. Mixed with the good old “Oh no, I can’t fall for THIS idiot!”

 

Anna Caritas; Adeste Fidèle / Outre-tombe
I’ve been loving the whole horror serie, but I gotta say my favorite ones is definately the 0.1 & the 3rd tome as they have more paranormal going on. The prelude gives us the sinister gut-wrenching scene of the “Noel Noir/Black Christmas”, and the ghost hunting scenes in the 3rd ones literally gave me chills and I got really scared for about half an hour trying to fall asleep.

 

Second Breath
I don’t read eroticas too often; but when I do, I love when the male MC is caring & worship his partner’s body- no matter what size she is. As for the two other romance in here, it was a opposite’s attracts – which i’m a sucker for. And bonus for the healthy sibling relationship aswell as girl friendship! (there’s also a unhealthy toxic sibling relationship*)

 

 

 

Which book has been your favorite reads so far?
