1. Where do you typically write your blog posts?

Depends; usually I am sitting in the living room with my mac on my legs, or even laying onto my bed late at night. If the temperature is pretty, I might sit onto the back porch ..

 

2. How long does it take you to write a book review?

I actually start it as i’m reading; meaning I start my draft around the same time I start the book, write my intro and the info’s I wanna put up until my star rating. I’ll leave that blank for now and i’ll go to my thoughts while I read .. After my reading sessions i’ll go in my draft, write my thoughts at that moment, save and repeat. eventually i’ll get my general idea and proceed to write my “overall thoughts” with my star rating.

Once that’s done, i’ll finish my book and if needs be i’ll fix a few things/add some things.. only a couple of seconds after i’m done to put when I wanna post it, category/tags & twitter posting and boom ! done !

 

3. When did you start your book blog?

My tumblr’s started first in May 2017 (ithink) and then this wordpress came along after a few month of tumblr-ing in November 2017.

 

4. What’s the worst thing about having a book blog in your opinion?

My paranoia and our blogging fears .. *aherm* see this post of mine

 

5. What is the best thing about having a book blog in your opinion?

Like everybody else .. our loving community !! I love each and every one of my people I’ve found in the few months of my blogging. They’re all so including and loving and just .. generally awesome ! I truly feel like i’ve found where I belong for once, Thanks to everybody ❤

 

6. What blog post have you had the most fun writing so far?

Of course I LOVE tags, even if I try to spread them out or else you may not like them as much as me ahaha … Also my conversations posts where I just *know* what I wanna express and it just go so smoothly !

Also, out of track, my all about my wiener(s) post .. every chance I get to scream about my breed… i’d do it 😏

 

7. What is your favourite type of blog post to write?

Oh … 😂 well, as I was saying, tags and conversations posts !

 

8. When do you typically write?

I simply don’t have a schedule; as my work is part-time and have wierd hours, per say, I can do somes in the afternoon before work one day, and then the other I can finish one in the middle of the night before closing my mac to go to bed …

As a rule of thumbs, I try to not wait until my scheduled posts is completely empty. I might do only one post, I might do two on some days and wait a bit.. it really varies with how I am feeling and if I know what I wanna do !

 

9. How do you write your book reviews? With a cup of coffee or tea? With Netflix? Cuddled up with your fur baby?

Eeeeh.. go back to question 2. As I don’t do it in one time, it’s kinda hard to answer xD Usually on my phone laying in bed after i’ve finished my “reading session” and taking one of the weeins as a pillow. However, that changes if I finish my book in the day and not in the middle of the night ..

 

10. When do you write your book reviews? Right after finishing the book? Two weeks after finishing the book?

As I said, I write it while im reading. However, I like my review to go live ASAP and not make it wait a week before posting it. I may push things to place it going the closest posting day if I don’t have a given day by the author or publisher they’d absolutely want me to post it on .. or I just post it right here and then, whatever.

Now that I have added a 3rd permanant day however, posting every 2days and sometimes having 3 posts in a row (int. meme saturday & the overlapping sunday & monday as.. the week isn’t pair), I’m not sure the latter will be done anymore ..

 

11. How often do you post?

Every Monday, Thursday & Sunday for sure every week, and then the International blogger meme on every other saturday.

 

Since i’m a bit late and ain’t sure who has and hasn’t done it yet; I’ll just tag specifically the newly followed bloggers and everyone who wanna do it also !
