End of April, Start of May

End of April, Start of May

Well, time just flew by our head .. didn’t it ?

May is right around the corner, so it’s time for me to show you what I made for the next month and what has been happening this past month! Along with giving some love to the posts I really loved around the blogosphere.

First thing first, A look onto how I did with my habit tracker;

Sure it could be better, but could also be worst, right ? it started off soo good.. 😥 Then I got lazier AND I got sick .. nonetheless i’m still proud of how full it looks ..

April’s events ;

~ As I said, I’ve got sick with a cold .. which is pretty much inevitable when the temperature fluctuate so much, eh ? all three of us in the family was sick at the same time, yet none of us had the same thing 😂 Mom had the flu, dad turned out having a bronchetis/start of pneumonia and I was stuck with a cold.

~ Guess what ? Kafei had another trip to the vet on the 16th.. After his teeth sliced wierdly last month, at 10am he was onto our fenced back porch, and when he came inside he had a hole onto his left buttcheeks.. No idea what happened; but he looked in shock, so I suppose something must had attack him. Now the question is the what. We brought him to the vet on Monday (as no vet on sunday, of course..) and he was in pain and it had swollen up; she gave him 3kinds of meds and because that type of dog is so tolerant… he needed another dose (smoll but musculars hunting buddies..) sigh, Thanksfully all is well now and in fact we shall go back tomorrow on the 1st for the vet to see if all is okay now ((please no more … ))

~ I’m soo happy to report I finished Three. Books. this past month !! yaas ! Say what ? this never happen! ; one arc “The corner shop of Cockleberry bay”, and one #BeatTheBacklist I got from my local library “All the bright places” – both having a deadline only a week apart, and I did it !! ❤ Afterward, I Dnfed another arc that just wasn’t what I thought it was and finished another #BeatTheBacklist book, but this time from my shelf, “Such a good girl” by Amanda K. Morgan – I probably won’t review this one on my blog, however.

~ I’m now standing at 5 out of my 12 I wanna finish this year, yet still figuring out how to process reviews onto indigo.ca for my points in #BookBards..

~ April 22nd was a big day for me, my mom, and my friend’s baby of course! You can read my post of that day > [here]

~ FINALLY we started to have some warmer days in the last days of april, yees!! we are more into summer than winter again.. and this makes me really happy. I even got to write a post outside with my new sunglasses .. however my arms ended up looking like a lobster due to my sun’s allergy. Woops.

April’s loved posts on the blogosphere ;

~ Chloe @ Bookdragons247 shared why she started blogging and her tools as a book blogger !

~ Marie @ drizzleandhurricanebooks talked about 10 underrated books we really should talk about

~ Sushma @ spunkyreads gave us a neat ultimate hashtag list for bookstagramers !

~ Cait @ paperfury gave us an hilarious post onto how to annoy a book blogger ..

~ Talking of blogging, Dani @ perspectiveofawriter teached us 5 things we need to know about blogging

~ Norrie @ readingundertheblankie tried to help with 7 tips for getting rid of that reading slump ! , Silje @ inked by books also gave her ways of getting herself out of a reading slump aswell !

~ Tin wanted to help us aswell and provided us 35 blog posts ideas !

~ More help our way, Sim @ flippingthruthepages told us how to stay legal with a disclamer page

Lots of love to give this month, but let me slip two more as you know I am a person prone to anxiety and things like thoses are always helpful and needed ;

~ Chloe @ Chloemetzger shared how she deals with anxiety attacks

~ Last but not least, Violette @ oneinviolette, gave us 15 easy tips to better self-care !

Onto may we go, now ! ;

for some reasons, it was one of thoses day where I just.. couldn’t devide properly.. so I ended up with an extra square line there 😂 At first I was quite upset but oh well .. guess i’d do better in June’s .. Oh yeh, and if you noticed, it’s my female weein’s birthday on the 23rd !!! She’ll be three – only a year younger and barely two month & 2 days apart of her big brother.

looking pretty much all the same here, except I actually made the days fit properly onto my squares *aherm* and added “finished book” onto my reading category, fixed the order of the sausages category, and lastly removed the “Bujo” out of my personnal category; it just didn’t felt needed as I always have it in hand so..

Next, The blog’s planning. I first started with some special shapes and went “ahh wtv” and winged it xD As you can see, I already planned next month’s BuJo sharing for May, and Sunday’s are now a permanant posting day on here !! yaay !! Also I always forgot who tagged me in what, so eh, I added an area for me to track thoses and not only in my “likes” .. hopefully it’ll help, hah.

See what I meant with “deviding problems” ..

For my weekly spread, I just decided I wanted a longer square upward and tried my best for thursdays not be so.. in the middle of the two pages as I find it such. a. pain. to write in !! And as I picked up some time last month, I put my already calculated how many hours I have working.. as it’s just easier to track onto double checking things..

Do you like thoses posts of mine ? Did I inspired you somehow for your own pages, or did you jump the fence lately onto starting your first BuJo? Let me know xx
