Don’t F*cking Panic ~ Kelsey Darragh ☆ Book Review
Good morning!
Another Non-fiction added onto my read list – i’ve definately read a bigger lot than normal, I find it’s just so easy for me to read them ! I especially love mental health related ones, because even if I don’t need them *now*, I can get tricks that I can use in times of need and/or give them to my loved ones.

Keep or unhaul? Keep!
I had ordered this online, so I wasn’t too sure what I was gonna get – it arrived wrapped in plastic, and I was kinda scared when I flipped through it and saw it was kind of like a workbook.. as that wasn’t what I wanted at all.
But as I started actually reading it, I loved it instantly! Kelsey is speaking with humor, with a writting just like she’s talking with us of her own experiences.. while also explaining a few things over.
The book is devided in three parts; Anxiety, panic attacks & depression – because yep, those fuckers tend to come in 3s, and overlap often.. but you can just read the part(s) that applies to you. She even included a Table of contents for us to go to the pages that we need right away easily, which I love that!
I decided not to use the workbook and just read it as is, but she planned for us to actually use them, tear the pages, and even have a lot of printeables from the ressource section in the back; along with book recs, numbers/help apps!
When I read non fiction I can be quite eclectic and… Chaotic, but a good chunk of my choices tend to be mental health related, and even if workbooks are not my thing, this seems promising!
Honestly they arent my thing either! Which had me dissapointed at first, but it was a good mix allowing you to skip those parts
