End of January, Start of February ๐
Good Morning, Loves!
It’s it the time, y’all — the month of love is upon us ..Or not.
We’ve already been a full month into 2020! Wow, this month felt both long and short somehow… and yet you’ll see that I actually haven’t done much. ๐
January’s Habit Tracker;

I think I did pretty good this month, Specially on the “Sleeping before 1am” front.. really surprising! But then again.. mostly was around 12h30am, or got checked if I didn’t saw the 1am ๐ย ; After that, per usual one of the lowest is my “Beach Body” exercice – which can be put on the account of working so much and being tired. Let’s hope I can grow to do it atleast 2x a week! ๐ช๐ฝ
Events of the month;
โฟ I’ve already readย 3 books thus far!! I started by borrowing “Tell Me Three Things” from my library, Then I finally picked up “The Nerdy & The Dirty” & the last tome of my loved quebec serie that got out 2 years ago, “Le journal D’Aurรฉlie Laflamme, Tome 9” from my personal shelves. (Didn’t reviewed the last one on here, only on Goodread in FR)
โฟย Although the two arcs that I showed you in my book haul is only due for August & May, I already started “Very Nearly Normal” as it was the best one that I felt like reading currently .. and I gotta say it’s getting really good! Now the problem is; i’m not sure if I shall wait more around that month to publish it, or if I should go ahead and post it early anyway ??
โฟ One of my dachshund momma’s friend got herself into “It works” consultants; and as my hair were a MESS, aswell as my random little holes in my nails, I decided to try some vitamins out to help with hair/nails/skin’s growth. I’m almost a month in out of three, and I already feel more energized and my hair’s gotten more volume already!
(Everything is natural and my Dr checked it and said it was fine)
โฟ The rest of the month was pretty much working .. I went to see my family Dr to get a new medications prescription, and although my anti-depressant’s dose is kinda high, he commented me on how good I looked like I was feeling. This meant a LOT to me; as he seen me when I was at my lowest point, so that was a huge compliment. He also said that I should NEVER feel bad for taking my meds, nor how high my dose is; we finally got the right dosage for my brain to work like it should’ve.
February’s Spreads
I went for a glitter pink & neon purple for February, I’ve also started to add more stickers to my pages!
I also tried out a new form for my habit tracker ; as I wasn’t much a fan of how it was taking the recto/verso of a page before. I also removed “sleep before 1am” as I thought it was no longer needed — Ironically, at the beggining of the month, it wasn’t looking so well xd
I’m truly horrible for drawing hearts.. ahaha, I think next month i’m gonna try just draw the square as I go and not outline them beforehand.
As I didn’t wanted to do basic hearts or flowers, I’veย triedย to go with a diamond/jewels theme for my blog’s planning … yep, I kinda failed ahaha ๐
I’m not going to show you my weekly spreads anymore, as I basically found my way of doing it and nothing changes apart of the colors from month to month — so I’m just gonna include it if I’m to change something, as I don’t think it’s too interesting!

Congrats on reading 3 books already!! I say go ahead and post that book review up. There will be more books by that month anyways, lol. I wish I had the patience and persistence to bullet journal. I have tried twice and always gave up, lol. Love seeing your progress though. As for your meds, so glad to hear that you are finally on the right track with dosage! Never feel embarrassed for a chemical imbalance. We all have our own things to work through and I commend you for getting on the right track ๐ Anxiety and depression are hard to deal with! As for your final question, I have been putting myself out there in the writing market trying to fulfill my passion to write ๐

Yeah, that’s what i’m thinking too – I mean, there’s other ones on Goodread, and PLUS it’d attract other readers to it, eh? Aw, i’m sorry to hear – for me it’s using just a regular planner.. I had bought a super cute one that ended up being wasted because well, I didn’t had the habit XD I find Bujo-ing so much nicer as you are the one to decide what you put in it, and also works great for blogging purposes!

I don’t think I’ve tried out anything new, though maybe the new thing for February is using a habit tracker! It might help me deal with my issues aswell..

I love your spreads. For this year,I’ve decided to change my bullet journal into a reading journal and it’s a lot better as I actually update it.
