End of Spring book haul!

Good morning!

Time for another book haul 😁 As I went on and had a productive day of errands before my Covid vaccine last week, I finally had the opportunity to step into our bookstore again! My unread shelf had quite shrinked in the last month(s), so I was quite due for some new books.

They had changed the setting of their books, creating a whole new french section, so I was quite excited to see it! Sadly, I ended up only picking one french book — and it was one that I just had to read (you’ll see why in a minute).

Picking books is always a long process, I get in a transe and keep seeing all thoses books i’ve seen raved online.. so i’m trying to pick only a few of them and just keep.. picking up and putting back, trying to gauge which ones have my “Current mood” for potentially being picked up soon 😅

(Importantly the only book I know with Kidney transplant specifically. Wanted to read it but sadly my libby didn’t had it)

(On my list for so many time! Finally decided to get my hands on it; originally wanted to get one of my missing Ruth Ware’s – but crossed this one heading to it)
