Games that kept me company during my sprain healing~
Good morning!
In case you haven’t already heard, recently I sufferent a bad ankle sprain while I was on vacation from ~28th July to the 3rd Aug.. which left me home on a forced rest ðŸ«
I’m someone who would’ve atleast enjoyed cleaning the house, but in this instance I was unable to do much of anything as I couldn’t move too much and much less stand up and walking around. Though I spent time alone with my pets for a while, reading is solely a night thing for me, sooo I had to distract myself with gaming instead!
On my ipad
Ice cream truck:
This little game is simple but so addicting! I can’t stand still while watching a movie/TV show/youtube, so I loaded this so I can play while watching.
On my switch
Graveyard Keeper (First impressions):
After finishing all I could in Potion Permit, I had the urge to get back to this game – as of which I had restarted and actually went way further than my first save from 2020! The problem was.. after 4-5 days of playing it, I started to get bored xD thus leading me to get the other two games in this post that I could ping pong with until it was time for me to get to bed and read.
Pokemon Violet:
Would you believe it, i’m just NOW buying it.. and i’m hooked! I spent the first 3hrs roaming around catching pokemons and getting all the dropped things before progressing 😅 I LOVE how it appears so much like BOTW & TOTK in terms of open worlds!! I can tell you right now it will take me DAYS before actually getting anywhere close to the storyline done ahah (and there’s 3 main lines ?! LOVE IT)
I had to break through my habits of picking the water starter because guys.. I had to get sprigatito. Current team so far is Charcadet*, Ralts, Marill, Flamigo, Fidough & Floragato; absolute fave so far being Flamigo- and ofcourse I had to get the dachshund pokemon!! Can’t wait for it to evolve!
Which games have you played lately?
and what is your pokemon team?

Hey I also recently got Pokémon Violet! I was so excited to get this due to the dachshund Pokémon and also the dolphin Pokémon. I still can’t believe it took this long for them to finally make a dolphin Pokémon! I always struggle with open world games because I get lost so easily even if I have a map. I have no sense of direction whatsoever whether in a game or in real life.
Ooof same ahah i spent an awful time running in circle.. but I crossed three shinies?! 🫣 (two I caught third i killed accidentally)
I LOVE my dachshund pokemon, though i have the dolphin one and he keep dying.. that being said, pokemons dont wanna stay in my balls thus it makes it die 💀 as im trying to catxh it
