Let’s talk Bookish ➙ What is your posting type?

Good morning!

It’s been a while since we’ve been part of this bookish/blog discussion here, this one is quite interresting to have a look onto each other’s posting habits.

Let’s Talk Bookish is a weekly meme hosted by Rukky @ Eternity Books and Dani @ Literary Lion. Where we discuss certain topics, share our opinions, and spread the love by visiting each other’s posts.

📚 Aug 6th: WHAT IS YOUR POSTING TYPE? (SUGGESTED BY NICOLE @ THOUGHTS STAINED WITH INK)

Do you schedule posts long before they’re published, how long?

Scheduling has always been a must for me! Mainly as my posting hour is set to 10am… and yeh, most of the time i’m sleeping still 😅  Ofcourse, as i’m an anxious bean about making ALL of my posts, the earlier the better.

Sometimes when i’m lucky I’ll have multiple scheduled a week before… otherwise it will range between 2-3days or even the day before. Last resort to skipping it entirely, i’ll make it go live on the day of (usually after said posting hour)

Do you write several drafts of a post and edit them, or do you not edit at all?

Bujo posts and reviews are ones that I edit the most. I wanna make them days before it goes live, and then it’s most likely that I have little things to add here and there before it gets up.

Other times, if i’m too lazy to grab my computer or something, i’d write the post on my ipad — needing to go edit them and fix it on my computer. Then ofcourse if I get more thinking made since, i’ll add them there aswell as include the links/etc that I couldn’t do on my ipad.

** As i’m quite obsessed with deleting everything that I don’t need, things don’t stay too long in my drafts.. I just, absolutely cannot keep something there and not post it for longer than a month 🤣
