Mini Reviews ☆ Casse-Noisette & All the bright places reread
Helloo!
It’s time for more mini-reviews! Just one more book before I hit my Reading goal this year!! 💫
Casse-Noisette, Sylvain Johnson

Although this book out of the “contes interdit” serie was a small one, it did felt kinda long.. I’m not a fan of this author’s pen- there was a lot of gore, but I can’t say it followed the based story of the nutcracker & the rat king- just a few details were similar. Some parts did made me giggle, and the plot twist wasn’t one I was seeing, so I was indeed mind blown. Won’t be keeping or rereading.
All the bright places, Jennifer Niven 🔁

I needed more reread & audiobook to my goal, originally I wanted The love hypothesis but it wasn’t available to loan- so I went with this one instead that I first read in 2018. I was shocked by how much of the story I remembered! It hit me so much different as I wasn’t in this dark place anymore like when I first read it- but I found myself loving the same quotes that I picked at first anyway.. and I still got a thing for damaged boy Finch.
