Blogoversary Post; My favorite posts in the last 3yrs 🎈

Hello !!

So, as said in my Sunday’s post this week, the 20th was our blogoversary! Quite odd when I think of it; because I do remember writing most of thoses posts … and it actually doesn’t feel *that long* since writing them 😅

I don’t usually do anything special for blogoversaries.. I actually only did a retrospection after my first year in 2018, nothing in 2019, and this year I thought I could do which posts still remain my favorites from all that I wrote in 3years (A total of 480 posts)

This blog and I went through a lot already.. Not only did my writing and blogging voice had changed to be more myself (on which I overshared alot), but we went from being a book blog ONLY to be more diversified in topics that I wanna write about. We got from a surprise co-blogger back to only myself — and probably 5 different post headers xd

❤︎ 2017

This period is still kinda crindgey .. Not only in my writing/over-crowded format of posts, but I had previously over-looked how much work a blog actually was — as I was coming from Tumblr where it’s easy to just keep reblogging stuff instead of creating new content constantly.

However, I did wrote where my love of reading started; Not including the huge part my godmother played in it.

❤︎ 2018

Really got into the schedule I had put in place for my blogging days, even added a third day — and started participating into the Bookending Events; created by my friends Sam & Clo, aswell as my first blog tour.

My personal faves; A lookup of my year (BEWinter), Un-usual Anxiety effects,  Why post-secondary education is overreated, My favorite Breed in books (Dachshunds), Why do I write, What if blogging was my full time job?, My dream as a book blogger, Blogging is hard, why do you keep up with it?, Falling in love, what if it was like in books?, A Special Sunday, My struggles as a mood reader, Growing up in books, Things I wish they’d told me, All about my dachshunds.

❤︎ 2019

Although broading my horizons had started in 2018, I was starting gaining more and more confidence with it.. we can also note the dissapearance of Alex, followed by our breakup and the sadness/pain I went through. Got involved in more memes, and more often than the previous year (2018 had Internationnal blogger meme and one bookish throwback thursday). This is also where I got self-hosted!

My personal faves; Tomorrow’s my birthday, Real life VS books, Let’s talk Non-fiction, End of the decenie, now & then (BEWinter), My wierder gaming habits, Being a book blogger with reading restrictions, You belong in the book community, no matter what, Would I co-blog again?, How would life be without blogging?, The pursuit of our fairytale, The pressure of missing a post, How I deal with my anxiety, Why am I wierd tag, Summer in books VS my real summer (BESummer), My experience with Microdermals, Being/Going self-hosted?, Mental Health Awareness month, Acadians in books; tale of my culture, What does my personal rating means?, What I need in my romances, Bilingual by choice VS by need.

❤︎ 2020

This year well.. we all know it went to garbage with the pandemic and all that 🙃 But this year I’ve started to be less stressed about my posts and taking the freedom to skip/delate them when I needed, or atleast trying my best to.

My personal faves, so far; Feeling good & still notice yourself sinking, 5 things that i’m thankful for, The problem of talking MH, Reading goals, Blogging with Anxiety (serie of posts), The silver Thread, Recovery relapses, The face of anxiety/depression, Topic id love to read more about (Organ Donation), Reading improvements since book blogging, Why dachshunds?, Breaking up with the idea of him, Celebrating 5years, Happy stories in times of pandemic, Learning to let go, The problem when taking a hobby from someone else,  Should you talk about your MH/medication while dating?, anxiety VS driving, Never be ashamed of taking antidepressants, The power of love (taking care of my mother), Un-healthy signs in relationships, My dachshunds saved my life, Things I need to remind myself in 2020.

When I started writing this post, I wasn’t too sure how many links I would end up with.. or the fear that i’d have more link in one year or another — but as you can see, this doesn’t seem to be a problem! 😅 I also tend to have a tendency of liking my “heartfelt” post better; the ones on more personal level & usually dealing with mental health aswell.

Wether you’ve been reading me for the whole 3years or just yesterday, thank you very much for being here 🥰 And a big thank you to my blogging friends who constantly help me keep going (specially at that moment I let go in the start *aherm*) xx
